 sannam's family is growing and i couldn't be happier for her.

we had a fantastic maternity session with the whole family.  the only thing predictable about working with two 2 year olds is that they are unpredictable!  when you want to take photos of mommy alone, they want to hug mommy.  when you want to take family photos, they want to go inside for a snack... 

their unpredictably makes for great photos, if you can roll with it.  my favorite shots from most sessions are the 'outtakes.'  those moments that are totally honest, could never have been planned, and are not perfect.  sometimes clients look at those shots as mistakes.  for me, those outtakes are the reason i do this job.  like the photo below of little arman rolling in the grass, i live for those brilliant surprises.
