i have been photographing charlotte rose since she was born.  shortly after her first birthday i got to visit her at her new home and be amazed at how big she's gotten.  i could not get over how adorable she is with her little blonde curls framing her face.

Brooke is a senior and a goalie on my husband's soccer team. our family loves watching her play.

more mini sessions!

by request, i happily added one more day of mini sessions for the holidays.  i love seeing families this time of year.  some families i'm meeting for the first time.  some i get to see often.  many of them i see just once each year.  when i see them we talk about where the year went and i marvel at how much the kids have changed.

i thought i loved this family before i photographed them.

we have been friends since madison was weeks old.  spending time with their family is always fantastic.  when i come to take photos, they really allow me to just document - they get it.

mini sessions!

 this year's holiday mini sessions were fantastic!  we had a lovely weather, the most beautiful location (thanks christine and ty!), and so many friends came out to see me.  thank you all.  here is a tiny peek at the fun:

i met stella's mom and dad when i photographed their amazing wedding.  now they have two incredible little girls.

i knew emily and john michael would get married the first time emily told me about him....

shaniece + mike in napa

i am lucky to have spent shaniece and mike's wedding weekend with them in napa valley, california.  for four days they were surrounded by the love, laughter, tears and hugs (so many hugs!) of a close group of friends and family who traveled from across the US to meet them in lush and lovely napa.

savannah rose

i was so happy to be asked to photograph Savannah.  the photo session was a gift to her parents from another wonderful client.  i love that kind of generosity.

savannah is beautiful and her family is over the moon with her arrival. they have waited for her for a long, long time.  her big sister is especially awestruck. watching the sisters together was the best part of the shoot.  i found myself thinking: savannah is one very loved and lucky baby girl.
